Founding Directors have used their talents, skills, experience and expertise in developing Products for sustainable growth of SCAIE. They have also formulated various Skill Development Programs, Workshops, CSR Programs and Seminars to share their experience & expertise with more and more youngsters, in particular, to guide them for "encouraging Out-of-Box thinking, How to study, How to analyse and How to-Do the thing Right First Time".
Therefore, those who want to invest in SCAIE are actually investing in our mission and vision more with faith and self-commitments to make world A better place for generations to come. Accordingly, SCAIE welcome all to make small investment not as charity or donation but in a spirit of supporting our mission and vision.
Terms and Conditions
SCA Institute of Excellence Private Limited (SCAIE) accept investment only from those who agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

SCAIE accept your investment in a spirit of faith that you wish to support our mission and vision in sustaining life with enough water and food more as self- commitments and services towards mankind and all living beings rather than as obligations of any kind either from us or from you.
By making any amount of investment in SCAIE, you shall not be entitled in your capacity as an investor:
to play any kind of role directly or indirectly in operating and/or managing SCAIE or any subsidiaries of SCAIE.
to any kind of rights as a stakeholder in SCAIE or any subsidiaries of SCAIE.
to any kind of duty directly or indirectly to be performed in SCAIE or any subsidiaries of SCAIE.
to any kind of share if SCAIE sell out their assets under any situation and/or if so decided by the management or the board of directors of SCAIE.
to challenge SCAIE in any court of law under any situation whatever it may be.
Your investment shall not carry any interest.
Your investment shall be non-refundable.
SCAIE shall share part of their net profit with you in the form of giving rewards in proportion to the amount you have invested.
SCAIE reserve all the rights to use their net profit in any manner that the management or the board of directors of SCAIE may decide time to time by giving priority to the goals of our mission and vision and their decision shall be final and cannot be challenged or questioned by you in any forum or in any court of law. However, the management of SCAIE shall communicate their decision to all the investors with details and basis of their decision.
SCAIE is fully owned by the family of founding director, Mr. Suresh Gorana. All the rights of operating and managing SCAIE and any subsidiaries of SCAIE anywhere in the world shall remain fully with the family of Mr. Suresh Gorana and his legal heirs only.
