वसुदेव-सुतं देवं कंस-चाणूर-मर्दनम्
देवकी-परमानन्दं कृष्णं वन्दे जगद् गुरुम् ।।

More than five millennia have past and we still worship KRISHNA (कृष्ण) as ideal teacher in conquering vices in self, society and nations worldwide with immense powers of faith, love and cooperation.
It helped us survived for countless millennia in worst wars fought for greed of few privileged to rule weak and helpless.
Krishna’s timeless teachings of BHAGVAD GEETA (श्री मद्भागवत गीता) are more relevance in present times. Incidentally, today we are celebrating Krishna’s birthday as जन्माष्टमी while writing this blog,
Today, common men, farmers and jobs seekers are in distress worldwide in hopes of sustainable solutions to at least meet their basic needs of water and food without worrying much about polluted air to breathe which will surely be available freely. Younger farmers do not wish to carry on with farming as its highly labour intensive (tractors failed to help) and not rewarding in addition to the scarcity of water (drip or micro irrigations couldn’t help in face of irregularities of monsoon, a only source of water or water droplets to say the worst in the years ahead).
It’s here Suresh Gorana left the lucrative career in Oil and Gas Industries as never-failing trouble shooter in the comforts of luxuries and opted to become farmer by himself on turning 60 to experience ground realities and hardships that farmers worldwide face. With supports of all family members and vastly rich in family values and culture of honesty, unity, selflessness, Hard Work with self-commitments (श्रम), Faith in self (श्रघ्घा), Simplicity in thoughts (सादगी) and empowered with talents in Integrated Water Resources Management, Hi-Tech projects executions, Automation and Robotics SCAIE was incorporated and now ready to offer sustainable solutions for the basic problems in farming for younger farmers to adopt it as a vibrant career option in comforts of own farmlands in their villages as against working in cities.
