First basic step to make world A better place

“Process of making world A better place begins with self-change”

We, all are naturally gifted by heart and mind to make our journey of life from the moment we came into existence both by soul and body until we exist only in history.

Our heart is natural and filled not only with blood but also with faith, love and culture in our home. Our mind is absolutely a clean slate to begin with as an infant and then it starts learning from our surroundings and gets loaded with logics.

Now life is running on two parallel tracks: Heart and Mind.

In matters of faith and love we are guided by heart while in matters of duty (that all need to work without exception) is guided by logics in mind.

Those who can balance between heart (faith and love) and mind (duty) can scale great heights and richly rewarded with respects and honours in the society for their integrity, generosity, openness and positivity.

Those who can’t balance between heart and mind have very rough life full of problems of own making and living as if they are burden to the society and unhappy in their own home. Logics in their mind never allow them to understand the art of enjoying life in true sense and making them egoists; full of negativity and keep blaming others for their such conditions. Heart does try to give them some relief, but mind never allow them to accept it and ultimately, they die accusing others for their unhappiness.

Interestingly, we don’t have choice to separate heart and mind. We need to either balance the both the tracks or accept one to be dominant (but not on the other track, which is impossible).

Therefore, one be personality dominated with heart and prone to get hurt easily by sentimental factors. However, it’s easy for them to learn the art of balancing heart and mind quickly in spiritually established ways: be it reading, preaching or simply praying at holy places. Where one is dominated by mind, can’t be hurt or can’t be changed or impossible to change attitudes.

Such persons can change only by themselves through self-realisation (आत्ममन्थन and आत्मचिन्तन) on their own. However, self-realisation mostly never come but it’s not impossible.

Once self-realisation comes, it’s not necessary to admit to anyone or feel sorry but just admit to your inner self (soul) and that will make it easy for you to change and make the life enjoyable from now onwards to earn rarest satisfactions, peace, respect and happiness.
